Principal Analyst
Two things I'm good at: figuring out what a problem actually requires, and leading the people who solve it. As a requirements analyst and Product Owner I've defined and prioritized capabilities across six government contracts from $20M to $120M; as a program manager I've led teams of 200+ and stood up a $120M+ aerospace software and sensor-integration program from a blank sheet.
It's not only government work. Handed a manufacturer whose production was flat with no room to add staff, I rebuilt the planning process — converting sales and purchase orders into integrated production plans across labor and quality — and led a global support team across Turkey, China, and Germany. Output doubled to a $12M benchmark in two years with the same headcount, and on-time delivery hit 100%.
Today I'm CIO at Wright Intel Solutions, running the firm's technology while leading capture and business development for federal contracts — including an LLM-driven client-research pipeline I'm building to sharpen how we find and win new work.
